This website

• No cookies, browser storage, analytics, ads or third-party scripts. Fonts, styles and scripts load from rel8r.me itself.
• The Attachment Compass keeps your answers in the page's memory only. Nothing is saved or sent, and closing the tab clears them.
• Our host, DigitalOcean, and its content delivery network process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the service. We don't use this data to identify or profile anyone.
• If you email us, we have your email address and your message, and use them only to answer you. We keep emails only as long as we need them to help you and to keep records of purchases and refunds.

Buying

Checkout is run by Gumroad. Gumroad collects your payment details and sends us your name, email address and what you bought, so we can deliver it and handle refunds. Everyone who buys The Rel8r Bundle is a member, and we also use that email address to tell members first when the Pocket Coach app opens; write to us and we stop. We never see your full card number. Gumroad's own privacy policy covers what it collects.

The files you buy

The Pocket Guide, Why Do They Go Quiet? and the Attachment Compass are files you keep. They open on your own device, work offline, and send nothing to us or to anyone else.

The Pocket Coach app

The Pocket Coach is software for practicing what to say before a hard conversation, not a person and not a therapist. It is not out yet and runs nowhere today, on your computer or anywhere else, so it holds nothing about you. Before the app opens on iPhone and Android, this page will say what it collects, where it goes and how to delete it, with a new date.

Age

To buy Rel8r you need to be of legal age to make a purchase where you live. It has no adult content.

Your choices and rights

We hold only purchase records and emails. To see, correct or delete them, or to stop hearing from us about the app, write to [email protected], wherever you live; we answer within 30 days. We don't sell or share personal information and don't use it for advertising. If you live in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

When this page changes, the new version goes here with its date.
