Terms of Use

Last updated: October 19, 2026

These terms cover rel8r.me and the Rel8r downloads, The Rel8r Bundle and The Rel8r Pocket Guide. The Pocket Coach is a coming-soon app for iPhone and Android, software to practice what to say before a hard conversation, not a person and not a therapist. It is not out yet, and these terms will change to cover it before it opens. Rel8r is sold by Coach Hype LLC, 999 Metropolis Alley Ln, Atlanta, GA 30309, USA. By buying or using Rel8r you agree to them.

If you are in crisis or in danger

  • In the US: call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), any time.
  • If someone is hurting or threatening you: National Domestic Violence Hotline, 1-800-799-7233, or text START to 88788.
  • If you're in danger right now: 911, or your local emergency number.
  • Outside the US: your local emergency number.

What Rel8r is, and what it is not

Rel8r is self-help coaching and education about attachment patterns and dating. It is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, medical treatment, legal advice or crisis care, and it doesn't replace a licensed professional.

The Moments and their texts are starting points, written without knowing your whole story. They can miss context. What you send and what you do stays your choice.

Rel8r doesn't introduce you to anyone, doesn't message anyone for you, and doesn't tell you to stay or to leave.

Who can use it

To buy Rel8r you need to be of legal age to make a purchase where you live. It has no adult content.

Your licence

You may:

  • download, open and keep Rel8r on your own devices, for yourself;
  • read, print and keep the guides, the book and the cards for your own use;
  • change the files on your own machine for your own use.

You may not:

  • sell, rent, share, upload or give away Rel8r, or any part of it (the code, the cards, the art, the book, the guides, the prompts or the data), whether changed or not;
  • remove or cover the Rel8r name, logo or copyright notices, or put another name on Rel8r or its art;
  • offer Rel8r, or something built from it, to other people as a product or a service.

"Rel8r" and the Rel8r logo are the brand of rel8r.me. The art and the writing are original work protected by copyright.

Buying

Rel8r is sold through Gumroad as two downloads, each paid once. There is no subscription. The Rel8r Bundle is $39 USD: the Pocket Guide, both editions of Why Do They Go Quiet? and an offline copy of the Attachment Compass. The Rel8r Pocket Guide is $19 USD: the Pocket Guide alone. Gumroad runs the checkout and emails you the download, yours to keep. The Pocket Coach app is not part of either purchase. It is coming soon, and buyers of The Rel8r Bundle hear first.

Refunds

Ask within 30 days of buying for a full refund, no reason needed. The refund policy says how.

No guarantees

Rel8r is provided as it is, without promises that it will meet every need or always work. As far as the law allows, Coach Hype LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for any claim about Rel8r is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that the law where you live doesn't allow us to limit.

Law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. When they change, the new version goes here with its date. Questions: [email protected].
